At the March 13, 2023 Town Board meeting a simple Capital Plan for 2023 was approved to satisfy the Office of the State Comptroller.

1. A current Indebtedness Schedule
2. A current Capital Asset Schedule 3. An annual review, during the Tentative Budget process, of the past 3-6 years of Revenue to Appropriations, review of Reserve Accounts and review of Fund Balance, assigned and unassigned.
